Snugora Baby shipping & returns are designed to be clear and stress‑free, so you know what to expect before you hit “Place order”.


Where We Ship

We offer worldwide shipping to most countries, so you can shop baby and kids products wherever you are. Some destinations are excluded because of carrier limits, customs rules or safety reasons.
If we cannot ship to your address, we will cancel the order, notify you and issue a full refund.


Processing Times

Once you place an order, we usually need 1–3 business days to process it before it ships. “Business days” means Monday–Friday, not weekends or public holidays.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays start processing on the next business day. During busy times (big sales, holidays, new product launches), processing can take a bit longer, but we always work to get orders out as quickly as possible.


Shipping Options & Delivery Times

Right now, our main method is Standard International Shipping, which is what most parents choose.
For standard international shipping, estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days after your order has been processed.

Actual delivery times can vary based on:

  • your country and local postal service,

  • how quickly customs clears your package,

  • carrier delays, weather or other issues outside our control.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, so a little flexibility is helpful—especially around holidays or severe weather. You will always get tracking for your order where available, so you can follow your package instead of wondering where it is.


Shipping Costs & Promotions

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout in USD based on:

  • your order value,

  • package weight,

  • delivery address.

From time to time, we run free or discounted shipping promotions to make stocking up on baby products a bit easier. Any conditions—like minimum spend, eligible countries or limited‑time offers—will always be clearly stated in the promotion details at checkout or in our emails.


Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with:

  • your tracking number,

  • a direct link to track your package (where tracking is available for your destination).

Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after the carrier first scans the package, so it is normal if it does not move right away. We recommend keeping the tracking link handy and checking in periodically, rather than refreshing it every hour.


Address Issues & Failed Deliveries

Please double‑check that your shipping address and contact details are complete and correct before you place your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

If a package is returned to us because of:

  • an incorrect or incomplete address,

  • refused delivery,

  • failed delivery attempts by the carrier,

then we can:

  • reship your order once it arrives back at our facility (additional shipping fees may apply), or

  • issue a refund for the product cost according to our Refund & Return Policy (original shipping fees are generally non‑refundable).


Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you do not see the package:

  1. Check with anyone in your household, neighbors, building staff or front desk.

  2. Contact your local post office or carrier with your tracking number.

  3. If you still cannot find it, email us at info@snugorababy.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we will do our best to help with a carrier claim.

Snugora Baby is not responsible for packages that are confirmed as delivered to the address you provided, but we will support you as much as we can in working with the carrier.

If your order arrives damaged:

  • contact us at info@snugorababy.com within 7 days of delivery,

  • include your order number and clear photos of the packaging and damaged item.

We will review everything and resolve the issue in line with our Refund & Return Policy.


Pre‑Orders, Backorders & Multiple Shipments

For pre‑order or backordered items, the estimated ship date will always be shown on the product page or at checkout. Unless we state otherwise, your order will ship once all items are available.

In some cases, parts of your order may ship separately if that gets items to you faster. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment so you can follow every package.


Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes and any local handling fees are not included in our product prices or shipping fees. These charges are set by your country and are the customer’s responsibility if applied.

Because customs rules vary by country, we cannot predict the exact amount you may be charged. If you are unsure, we recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.

If you refuse to pay customs fees and the package is returned to us:

  • we can refund the product cost once we receive it back in good condition;

  • original shipping costs are not refundable.
