We ship to most countries worldwide.

Some destinations may be excluded due to carrier limitations, customs restrictions or safety reasons. If we are unable to ship to your address, we will notify you and issue a refund for your order.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

During peak periods (sales, holidays, product launches), processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping rates & free shipping

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order value, weight and delivery address.

From time to time, we may offer free or discounted shipping promotions. Any conditions (minimum order amount, eligible countries, limited time, etc.) will be clearly stated in the promotion details.

All shipping charges are shown in USD unless otherwise stated.

Order tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package (where available for your destination).

Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update after the carrier first scans the package.

Incorrect addresses & failed deliveries

Please make sure your shipping address and contact details are complete and correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failed delivery attempts, we can reship it once it arrives back at our facility. Additional shipping charges may apply.

If you prefer a refund instead of reshipment, we will process it in line with our Refund & Return Policy (original shipping fees are generally non‑refundable).

Lost, stolen or damaged packages

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your package, please first check with household members, neighbors, building staff, and your local post or carrier office.

If you still cannot locate the package, contact us at info@snugorababy.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date, and we will do our best to assist you with a claim with the carrier.

Snugora Baby is not responsible for packages that are confirmed as delivered to the address provided by the customer.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@snugorababy.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the packaging and the damaged item, and we will work with you to resolve the issue according to our Refund & Return Policy.

Pre‑orders, backorders & multiple shipments

If your order contains pre‑order or backordered items, the estimated ship date will be shown on the product page or at checkout.

Unless otherwise stated, your order will ship once all items are available.

In some cases, items in your order may ship separately. You will receive separate tracking information for each shipment when applicable.

Customs, duties & taxes (international orders)

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes and fees charged by your country’s customs office. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping fees and are the responsibility of the customer.

We cannot control or predict these charges, as they vary by country. Please contact your local customs office for more information before placing an order if you are unsure.

If you refuse to pay customs fees and the package is returned to us, we can refund the product cost (excluding shipping) once the package is received back in good condition.
