1. Return window

We offer a 60‑day return policy. This means you have 60 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.

After 60 days, we’re unfortunately unable to accept returns.
2. Return conditions
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in the same condition that you received it.

Unworn / unused, with all tags attached.

In its original packaging, including any accessories, manuals or inserts.

You must have a receipt, order confirmation email, or other proof of purchase.
Items that arrive to us used, damaged, or not in resellable condition may be refused or refunded partially at our discretion.

Items sent back to us without first contacting us and receiving return instructions will not be accepted.

5. Who pays for return shipping

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs or provide a pre‑paid return label.

For change‑of‑mind returns (wrong size, style, color, no longer needed, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping, unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion.
6. Damages and issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us immediately at info@snugorababy.com if:

The item is defective or damaged.

You received the wrong item.
We will review the issue and work with you to make it right (replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the case).
7. Non‑returnable items
For safety, hygiene and practical reasons, some items cannot be returned. These include:

Personal care items that have been opened or used (for example, certain feeding accessories, hygiene items, etc.).

Custom or personalized products.

Gift cards.
We also do not accept returns for items marked as final sale at the time of purchase.

8. Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is:

Request a return for the item you have.

Once your return is accepted and sent back, place a new order for the item you want instead.
In some cases (for example, size exchanges), our support team may be able to assist you directly; please email us to check options.
9. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email whether your refund is approved or not.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

10. EU 14‑day cooling‑off period (if applicable)
If we ship an order to an address within the European Union, customers in the EU have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
